A large international study on ~8000 individuals from 8 countries followed for up to 20 years revealed biomarker to predict diabetes. Based on the discovery, LDcoder® was develop at Lundoch Diagnostics, which efficiently predicts the risk of diabetes at least four year before the disease actually develops. In this project, we will establish LDcoder® biomarker dried blood spot (DBS) method for blood sample home collection, which makes LDcoder® easily accessible for large population screening.
