57 out of 634 applications has been granted and will be distributed at a ceremony the 18 of June. After that the grantees will be published in our homepage.

The application period closed over a week ago and we have received a record number of applications. Now follows the copious work of reading through each application and beginning the process of elimination. The decision on who will be awarded a grant will be taken in May. We have also

Lisbeth Barchan is the new Head of Sten K Johnson Foundation. I, Suzanne Norrby, just want to say thank you for 6 fantastic years and wish Lisbeth good luck with Sten K Johnson Foundation.

Lisbeth Barchan is New Operations Manager for Sten K Johnson Foundation. Her workplace is the High Court in Malmö, but the postal address is the same, Box 4253, 203 13 Malmö. The foundation welcomes Lisbeth to her new work.

During the weekend, Trio Enchentée, under the direction of Karolina Strand, had a concert in the Church of Mary in Ystad. The Trio received a grant from our foundation in 2016.

On December 1st, Lisbeth Barchan takes over as the manager of our foundation. Suzanne Norrby retires after six years in the foundation.

One of our grants 2017 went to HomebyHemp. They have  been given the task by Lund municipality to build the first house in hampabetong. The house can now be seen at Brunnshög in Lund.
