Our textbook describes the entire linguistic system from a second language perspective and makes complex subject knowledge accessible in a didactically conscious approach, not least for students who are not used to studying. At present, there is no such teaching aid. With our knowledge of language and pedagogy, we give students a deeper understanding that is required to cope with the rest of the programme. In this way, the teaching aid contributes to more students completing the programme and to strengthening the competence of the Swedish teaching staff.
