To develop polymer binders in assays that fulfill stringent precision medicine requirements in terms of robustness, reproducibility, scalability, affinity, multiplexing capability, and solvent compatibility. Using a special group of polymers called molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs), we foresee this kind of imprinting approach to be broadly applicable paving the way for robust, low-cost multiplex assays of phosphorylated and methylated proteins compatible with clinical proteomics platforms.
