Dapibuset aims to disrupt European dependency on soya imports for animal feedstock and replace it with a sustainable protein that is locally produced at the farm with an investment for the farmer that is comparable to a household investing on solar panels. Our ambition is to leverage on fungi and fermentation technology to create a soybean meal alternative that is directly produced at the farm by the farmer.
